Find sometime today to sit quietly with yourself.

Light a candle/burn incense/diffuse essential oils

Embrace Silence, turn on healing frequencies, or listen to music that sets the tone for your 2024.

Consider making yourself a warm drink to sip on (tea/coffee/cacao...)

Grab a soft blanket, get cozy,

Close your eyes.

Breathe

deeper, slower

inhale & exhale through your nose

Imagine your year unfolding,

start January 1st, 2024

In your mind's eye

Watch each month go by in the most ideal circumstances.

Hold nothing back.

Anything can & will happen for you.

You can have it all.

Feel the emotions that you will feel when this does happen.

It is real.

You deserve it.

Imagine your entire year with as much detail as you can, focusing on the feelings.

Bring your imagination to

December 31st, 2024

Feel SO grateful for every wonderful, amazing, lovely thing that happened in 2024.

Say thank you.

It all happened.

How do you feel? Sit with this feeling as long as you can & revisit it often.

You can journal on what came up for you & how that made you feel.

It is already yours.

You deserve it.

2024 IS a good year.
