Chakra Meditation

Solo Yoga Mama Travel

Hey, I am Brya your yoga teacher, and today we are gonna practice a chakra meditation. Your chakras affect every aspect of your life. They are the energy centers within your body. We are gonna focus on the main seven chakras.

Your chakras regulate the flow of energy throughout your entire being, and this flow can become dysregulated as you live life and accumulate trauma. When you experience something traumatic, it evokes an unpleasant emotion within you. And when you feel that emotion, it flows through you and all of your energy centers can continue flowing in harmony and your life can keep running smoothly.

We as a society have been collectively conditioned to not feel our unpleasant emotions. Instead, an unpleasant emotion comes up and we scroll on our phone, turn to drinking, alcohol, smoking weed, or doing drugs. We watch TV or we shop. There are many different ways to escape your emotions and some people just never sit with themselves to feel and HEAL.

If you don't feel your emotions, you'll never heal from them and they'll stay in your chakras and cause similar traumatic events to continue to happen in your life. That is why I made you this chakra meditation.

You have the power to heal yourself, to heal your chakras, and to regulate the flow of your energy. You deserve to be happy, to live easy, and to feel good.
