A Self-Guided Practice for Mothers
A yoga course for mothers ready to heal from the inside out,
so they can finally show up for their children the way they always intended.
This is the inaugural round of Find Peace in Motherhood.
I'm opening it to a small group of 10 founding mothers,
who will shape this program with their experience.

But in the quiet moments, after you've snapped at your child, after the guilt settles in, after another day of holding everything together, you know something inside you still needs to heal.
You've built an extraordinary life. What you haven't been able to purchase, achieve, or organize your way into is peace.
You can see your unhealed patterns showing up in how you parent. And it troubles you deeply, because you are someone who does something about the things that trouble her.
You react in ways you swore you never would, and the guilt afterwards is immense
You're physically present but sometimes emotionally somewhere else entirely
Therapy has helped, but something hasn't shifted in your body, you need more than words
You carry an undercurrent of anxiety that your success and your schedule cannot quiet
You've been to the retreats. The effects faded. You need a practice, not an event
You want to break a cycle, not just manage it, so your children inherit peace, not your patterns
The work you do on yourself is the greatest gift you will ever give your children.
The foundation of Find Peace in Motherhood
I wanted to do better as a parent, to be more patient, more gentle, and less reactive than my parents. I thought my self-awareness and daily yoga were enough to keep me from exploding at my children. It wasn't.
I knew they deserved unconditional love and kindness. I knew the impact my behavior would have on my children, and yet I found myself not being fully present, or getting overwhelmed and yelling at my little girls.
Being aware, knowing better, and practicing self care were not enough to break generations of behavior.
I needed to do the deep healing to stop reacting from a place of trauma, to be fully present around my children, and to break the cycle of generational trauma I was born into. My children deserve the best, healed version of me.
I either heal the trauma or pass it on.
What Becomes Possible
You stop reacting from old wounds and start responding from your highest self. Your children feel the shift before you even name it.
Trauma lives in the body, not just the mind. Through movement, you release what talk therapy alone cannot reach.
You build a regulated baseline, a body that knows how to return to calm, even on the hardest days.
You show up fully, not performing presence, but actually feeling it. Your children will know the difference.
What you heal in yourself, you do not pass on. This work is not just for you, it's for every generation that follows.
Not the temporary calm of a weekend retreat. A daily practice you can return to, one that becomes the foundation of your life.

Your guide:
Bryanna is a yoga teacher, mother, and the founder of Find Peace in Motherhood, a practice built from her own journey of breaking generational patterns and learning to parent from a place of wholeness.
Her yoga journey began at 17, when daily practice became the tool that healed her chronic pain and she discovered that yoga had the power to reach places nothing else could.
She was personally invited by renowned teacher Lesley Fightmaster to train in California, where she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She deepened her practice studying meditation with Thai monks at Wat Buddharangsi Buddhist Temple in Miami, and went on to study Chakra Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Hatha Yoga.
As a mother herself, Bryanna has woven the wisdom of somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and mindful motherhood into a practice designed specifically for the woman who is fiercely devoted to her family and equally committed to her own healing.
"I believe every mother deserves to feel at peace — not just manage the chaos. That is exactly what this practice is designed to create."
Muladhara
You cannot give your children a sense of safety you don't carry yourself. In this module, you return to your foundation; regulating your nervous system, examining the survival patterns you inherited, and building the inner stability that lets you be a calm, grounding presence for your family.
Svadhisthana
Emotional unavailability often begins here; when we learned early that our feelings were too much, too messy, or unwelcome. This module reconnects you to your emotional body, so you can be present with your children's big feelings without shutting down, escaping, or exploding.
Manipura
High-achieving women often parent from obligation, performance, or fear of failure rather than from genuine power. This module helps you shed the mother you think you should be and step into the mother you actually want to be; from a place of confidence, not control.
Anahata
If love in your childhood came with conditions, criticism, or absence, you may find yourself loving your children in ways that feel guarded or complicated. This module opens your heart; healing old wounds around love so you can receive your children fully, and let them receive you.
Vishuddha
The mother who cannot speak her truth teaches her children to silence theirs. This module helps you find your authentic voice; to set boundaries without guilt, communicate with honesty, and model the kind of self-expression you want your children to grow up believing is possible.
Ajna
Trauma disconnects us from our own inner knowing. You second-guess yourself, overthink every parenting decision, and look outward for answers that live inside you. This module restores your intuition so you can parent from clarity and deep trust in who you are.
Sahasrara
This is where it all lands. When you are connected to something larger than your wounds, your fear, or your history you parent from a completely different place. This final module integrates everything you've healed and anchors you in the identity of the mother you came here to be.
